Our History

November 1999: More than twenty years ago Thomas Groves and Jason Gill decided to strike out on their own and began renting time on a small printing press that was available during late afternoons, each evening and weekends. Full of ambition, dedication, unwavering work ethic and a focus on customer satisfaction they quickly needed more printing hours so moved to new premises just outside Heathrow, where they invested in their first printing press, finishing equipment, a white delivery van, and a dial-up modem!

On the surface, the Oceanprint of today is a very different business. The team has grown. Technology plays a greater role in its success. The company services many more customers each day. However, the ambition, dedication, unwavering work ethic and focus on customer satisfaction remains unchanged.

All these many years later, having helped tens of thousands of UK businesses, nothing gives Oceanprint greater satisfaction than knowing we played a small part in their success.
