Returns and Refund Policy

All products supplied by Ocean Print & Design Limited are produced to your specification and/or personalised for you, your company or your organisation.

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, personalised and custom-made goods are exempt from the standard cancellation rights.

Once an order has been accepted and booked into production, it cannot normally be cancelled without our agreement. Where we agree to a cancellation, Ocean Print & Design Limited reserves the right to deduct the reasonable costs incurred up to the date of cancellation.

A minimum booking, administration and production planning charge of £45 + VAT applies once an order has been accepted and booked into production. In addition, reasonable costs incurred may include, but are not limited to:

• Template preparation and artwork creation.
• Studio and design time.
• PDF proof preparation and amendments.
• Materials or services purchased specifically for your order.
• Supplier charges incurred on your behalf.
• Printing, finishing or other production work already undertaken.

Where a PDF proof has been supplied, the template preparation, artwork and proofing charges are non-refundable.

If printing or production has not commenced, any remaining balance after deduction of the applicable charges and reasonable costs incurred will be refunded to the original payment method.

All artwork, templates and production files created by Ocean Print & Design Limited remain the intellectual property of Ocean Print & Design Limited unless otherwise agreed in writing. Payment for template preparation entitles the customer to a PDF proof and the production of the printed order by Ocean Print & Design Limited. It does not include ownership or supply of editable artwork or production files.

In the unlikely event that a product does not meet our published specifications, an appropriate remedy, replacement or refund may be offered. This does not affect your statutory rights.
