Returns and Refund Policy

All products supplied by Ocean Print & Design Limited are produced to your specification and/or personalised for you, your company, or your organisation.

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, personalised and custom-made goods are exempt from cancellation rights.

If an order is cancelled after it has been placed, Ocean Print & Design Limited will deduct any administrative costs, template preparation charges, studio time, and design work incurred up to the point of cancellation.

A minimum studio and administration charge of £55 + VAT applies once work has commenced.

No refund will be issued for template preparation or proofing work once a proof has been supplied.

If printing has not commenced, the remaining balance will be refunded to the original payment method.

In the unlikely event that a product does not meet our published specifications, a remedy or refund may be offered at our discretion. This does not affect your statutory rights.
