Ordering Your PPI Prepaid Envelopes:
When you place your first order, it’s essential to obtain Artwork Approval from Royal Mail.
For initial orders using a new license number, the artwork proof must be submitted to Royal Mail for validation and consent. This applies whether you’re designing it yourself or providing your indicia for us to set up for you.
To streamline the process and, more importantly, simplify it for your convenience, we will handle the submission of your artwork to Royal Mail for “Copy Approval” during your first print order. Once it receives approval, we will proceed with the production phase.
If you are providing your own high-resolution PDF artwork that has been previously approved, we can skip the approval stage and move directly to production.
Once you’ve obtained your Unsorted Account Barcode license from Royal Mail we typically print PPI on high-quality 90gsm Gummed Machinable envelopes to ensure the best possible results when used with automated Mailing Machinery. It’s important to note that we exclusively handle the printing of envelopes. For the postage costs associated with the PPI cover price, you will need to make the payment directly to Royal Mail.
